FMG will provide services to assist the client by preparing or advising on the following:
Determine design brief
Clarify project requirements with the design team
Monitor output in relation to design brief
Monitor design progress to project timeframe
Monitor design against project budget
Attendance at design meetings and construction control meetings
Undertake the DA process
Undertake the CC process
A set of milestones will be created which will require client approval to proceed so the client can review commitments if required.
