FMG will provide services to assist the client by preparing or advising on the following:
Determine and clarify project requirements
Understand the clients’ needs and the projects’ strengths and weaknesses
Determine project budget
Determine project timeframes
Determine project procurement method
Selection of consultant team/contractor (subject to procurement method)
Review the risks and remove or reduce their impact
At all times FMG look to involve the client and ensure they are aware of what is happening and why.
